It’s that time of year when businesses will randomly place temporary signs along roadways and in yards promoting their business. Please know that these signs are not allowed per our Ordinance 153.077 (shown in part below).
Our public works department will be enforcing this ordinance and removing any temporary advertising signs they see.
Ordinance 153.077 Sign Regulations states in part:
“(15) Portable/temporary advertising signs are prohibited in all districts”
