The Planning Commission has a standing meeting the first Wednesday of each month. Generally, when a meeting is being held the City will upload the Planning Commission Packet to the City website and post to the website that the packet has been uploaded, this generally occurs the Friday before the meeting. There are occasions where no business has occurred in the month that would require a meeting, when this happens the meeting is cancelled. No new business has occurred in April to warrant a Planning Commission meeting, therefore the May 1 meeting is cancelled.
