The City of Cologne is working to complete a water service line inventory, this inventory is required by federal regulations and being conducted by MN Department of Health.
If your property falls within the red zone or South section of the blue zone on the map below you will be receiving a letter in the mail that requires a response. All daycares will also be receiving a form even if they do not fall within those lines. You do not have to wait for the mailing, you can fill out your form electronically below.
The City appreciates your quick response to this inventory. If we do not hear back from property owners by May 17th we will be scheduling property visits between the hours of 8am-3:30pm the week of May 20th to complete the inventory. Thank you for your cooperation.
