Did you receive your postcard?
Waterbills were mailed on Monday, February 23.
Each month a significant number of post cards are being lost, not delivered, delivered weeks after mailed, or damaged in transit. Same with check payments being mailed to City Hall.
We are asking that all residents sign up for email billing so they are aware there is a new bill due. You do NOT have to pay online, but you will at least get an email each month alerting you that a bill has been generated and is due.
Unfortunately, there is only 1 time penalty forgiveness so “I didn’t receive my bill” doesn’t work more than one time. You have the option to get a bill electronically.
A few key dates to note:
* Bills are generated between 22-24th of each month and mailed the same day.
* Bills are ALWAYS due on the 15th of the month.
* Email bills are sent same day as bills are generated, no delay
