The City Council adopted a new Ordinance related to Chickens that will become effective August 15. A license and inspection are required and no more than 6 hens are allowed. (No Roosters.) PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a development with a Homeowners Association your HOA Covenants may not allow chickens. Please, check with your HOA. If you currently have chickens in the City limits, please stop in City Hall to complete the application process. More info to follow as the application form is created and uploaded to the website.
