Do you have a special assessment on your property? Did you know that you’re able to pay it off?
Each year Carver County takes the remaining balance of your special assessment and places an installment onto your property taxes.
You can pay off your special assessment early and be done with those extra installments on your yearly property tax statements.
Deadline to pay off your special assessment is Friday, November 14th. After November 14th the remaining balance will be sent to Carver County to have installments calculated.
