The City of Cologne Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 1st and recommended that the City Council approve a text amendment to the accessory structure ordinance. This change affects accessory structure size, lot coverage, certain driveway requirements, etc. The amendment will be reviewed by the City Council at the regular meeting on May 15th at 7:00PM.
